Boss of All Things: TAC
Our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is one of the cornerstones of our operation. The primary function of the Boss of All Things: TAC is to provide leadership of our Technical Assistance Center resources providing front line technical support to our clients to exploit our complex Operational Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS) to their maximum capabilities.
Boss of All Things: CNOC
Our Client Network Operations Center (CNOC) is one of the cornerstones of our operation. The primary function of the Boss of All Things: CNOC is to provide leadership of our Client Network Operation Center resources ensuring that all networking systems are running efficiently with minimum interruption. The ideal candidate will have solid management skills and a track record for leading small teams in a highly technical, process-driven networking environment.
Technical Chief
Technical Chief is the highest technical position within our company and as such is expected to provide leadership of all our technical areas; Customer Network Operation Center, Technical Assistance and Solution Development. The ideal candidate will have solid management skills and a track record for leading a technical management team and working within an executive team.
